This is a training blog charting my progress to both running a half marathon and also rasing money for Macmillan Cancer Support along the way. My ultimate goal is to run a full marathon so in theory the training for the half marathon is good practice for achieveing this - If I survive!!! :-0
For added motivation I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support who rely on supporters for 99% of thier income. Whenever I feel like I cant be bothered to run or its too much like hard work, knowing I can make a difference will keep me going :-)
